As a community, we are stronger when we connect and share our successes and helpful information.

Friendship Club Social
This social group is for teens and young adults 13 year of age and older. Parents need to stay on the premise with their teen. There is a room for parents to stay and meet with other parents. Check our Events Page or the Friendship Club website for more information.

The cost is $15 per family or $5 per individual. If you have any questions please call the email asocmi@gmail.com or call the Chapter phone at  248-393-3131.

OUCARES "After Hours" Support Group
"After Hours," a group moderated by OUCares and funded by ASOC, is a support group for those 18 years and over with HFA, Asperger's or PDD/NOS. Monthly socials are held on the third Monday of the month offering pizza, pop, conversation, cards, billiards, and fun!

These free meetings are held at Oakland Center in the basement level in the common area.  Further information is available on the OUCARES Adult Social webpage.

Far Conservatory Social Group
Far Conservatory offers monthly social groups. 

They typically meet on the third Friday from 6:30pm until 9pm at the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 1100 Lone Pine Rd Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302.

Friday Night Parties are open to ages 13 & older.  Foods and drinks are provided and friends are always welcome!

$10/person when you register one week prior to the event, $15 after.  $5 for caregivers who would like to enjoy the refreshments.

JARC Club Scene 
The club scene program is for teens and adults living at home with their families. Club Scene website  

If families are interested they will need to contact JARC at the information below to set up an intake.  The intake is the time for JARC representatives to meet the person ahead of time and discuss the program in greater detail the specifics of each individual's needs.  There is also a $25 membership fee that needs to be paid in order for someone to participate in club scene.  

We have many clubs, each with its own focus.  Clubs include: movie mania, Picasso, going places, fit n fabulous, culture, theater, music, photography, doing the D, international delights dining out, cooking and game night.  They generally run in the evenings and are offered Sunday-Thursday and we tend to go out in the Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Royal Oak and Birmingham area.  Each club has a separate cost for the event.
